According to The Capital Times, a new coffee shop is opening in Fitchburg’s Terravessa development to join the existing businesses — The Hair Cove salon, Velvet Waxing Studio, and Flight wine and bourbon bar. The development’s owner, Sherry Yu, is adding Tati Co., which will serve Rusty Dog Coffee, breakfast, lunch, and 16 flavors of Chocolate Shoppe ice cream.
The cafe had a soft opening Sept. 24 at 4889 Lacy Road. A grand opening is planned in October. Tati Co. is designed as a combination coffee shop and market, with items made by local artists. Yu plans to obtain a Class B liquor license so she can sell wine by the bottle as well.
Tati Co. is set to be open from 7 a.m.–8 p.m. daily to start. Food offerings will be limited initially, with a full menu available in around two weeks.
