A new program launched by the city of Madison will help owners of rental housing make improvements to their properties, according to WMTV15.
Owners can receive up to $200,000 in low-cost loans to invest in updates. Properties with more units are eligible for greater improvement funding. The city will also waive application fees and plans to offer more attractive loan terms for properties in some neighborhoods.
