A three-story apartment building is being proposed for Old University Avenue across from Lombardino’s restaurant, according to The Capital Times. Lindholm Properties of Madison wants to raze two older, vacant buildings at the University and Highland avenues location and build a 20-unit building that would also offer 1,900 square feet of ground-level commercial space.
