According to the Wisconsin State Journal, Madison’s Ginza Japanese Restaurant closed July 18 and will be replaced by an all-you-can-eat buffet that includes sushi, ramen, a salad bar, and appetizers.
Owner Ting Cai Zhou, who runs three Madison restaurants, has opened and closed four others, including Ginza. The space will undergo remodeling and will reopen under the name Sake.
