Stone House Development is proposing a 10-story, mixed-use building that would offer at least 100,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of retail, with enough parking for 350 vehicles, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.

The location, at the corner of East Washington Ave. and Ingersoll Street, would fill out the block where Stone House recently completed another project, the Lyric. If approved, construction could begin next year.
