Tim Mulcahy, long-time manager for Brennan’s Market, has acquired the Brennan’s name and will reopen the former Brennan’s location at 8210 Watts Road under the name Brennan’s Cellars, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
The store will open in December and may be slightly smaller than its predecessor but will feel familiar, offering fruits, cheeses, beer, wine, meats, and a deli.
Five Brennan’s Market locations closed in September. Only the Watts Road location will reopen.
