Stoughton’s Nelson Global Products, a designer and manufacturer of exhaust systems and tubular products for commercial vehicles, has purchased Minnesota-based Water Works Manufacturing for an undisclosed price. Water Works designs and manufactures engineered metal parts. The acquisition will help Nelson Global enter the power sports market.
