Stoughton-based Nelson Global Products Inc. announced that it will close two plants — one in Tennessee and one in Minnesota — eliminating about 300 jobs by the end of the year, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
The company says the moves are necessary for it to remain competitive and control fixed costs.
