Baldwin Development Group downsized its plan for Williamson Street’s largest proposed development to date after meeting with neighborhood groups, but the Marquette Neighborhood Association still hasn’t endorsed the project. Baldwin reduced the size of the project to between 190 and 199 apartment units, 6,000 sq. ft. of office space, and 255 parking spaces. The project would have fewer floors fronting Willy Street and rise to higher levels behind. The revised cost is estimated at $35 million.
