Complaints from some Bay Creek residents may cause the demise of a proposed $8 million apartment building on South Park Street, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
Sue Jiang, who owns the property at 1109 S. Park St., says she may reconsider and sell the property instead. She had proposed a four-story structure with 38 apartments and 8,762 square feet of ground floor retail, but neighbors have raised concerns that the 42,000-square-foot project is too large and out of character.
Limiting the building to three stories would reportedly make the project financially unfeasible.
