Madison’s Beltline is getting its share of auto dealerships.
Recently it was announced that Field Enterprises, a high-end auto group, was looking to purchase the Badger Bowl on Rimrock Road.
Now comes news that the dilapidated Expo Inn motel at 910 Ann St. will be razed and replaced by a Mad City Sales car dealership after plans for a $5.2 million WoodSprings Suites hotel fell through.
