Luxury hotel The Saddlery opened in the former Rubin’s furniture store at 327 E. Wilson St. last Wednesday, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. The project comes from Middleton’s NCG Hospitality, which opened The Moxy last month on East Washington Avenue.
The hotel’s 46 units are fully furnished with the amenities of home, with a full kitchen and cookware, a washer and dryer, and a pullout couch. Many of its one- or two-bedroom spaces have dens or office spaces and panoramic Lake Monona views as well.
The hotel offers keyless entry, no traditional front desk, a fitness center, a rooftop patio, and parking spaces. Two NCG-created retail spaces on each side of the hotel aim to attract a coffee shop, restaurant, or other food businesses.
