The National Association of Women Business Owners-Wisconsin will host a free session, “Protecting Your Business and Avoiding Common Legal Pitfalls,” on Oct. 28 at 9 a.m. in Milwaukee.
The session will feature Carolyn Jahnke, the founding attorney of Verona’s Athena Legal Solutions, who will walk attendees through the most common legal missteps that can jeopardize small businesses and offer practical guidance on how to avoid them.
Through Athena Legal Solutions, Jahnke works to equip women entrepreneurs with proactive legal strategies to protect and grow their businesses. She has over 20 years of experience spanning nonprofits, startups and corporate leadership.
The upcoming NAWBO Wisconsin event will be held at the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, 2153 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Suite 4000.
