Navitus Health Solutions, an SSM Health subsidiary with a specialty pharmacy in Madison, has acquired EpiphanyRx, a pharmacy benefit manager company headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn., according to a release from the company. Lumicera Health Services, Navitus’ wholly-owned specialty pharmacy, also has purchased Quality Drug Clinical Care, a specialty pharmacy serving patients with HIV in Irvine, Calif.
