Naviant, which provides intelligent automation and process consulting, on Friday announced that it has acquired CPT Intelligent Technologies. CPT is a business process automation provider based in Flemington, New Jersey.
Naviant works to simplify business operations prior to implementing technology. The company’s automation solutions encompass artificial intelligence, agentic automation, intelligent document processing, enterprise content management, business and process orchestration, content portals, process and task mining and robotic process automation.
