Naviant, an intelligent automation and AI process consulting company, acquired Versivo, a business process automation company based in Virginia.
Naviant is headquartered in Madison.
“We’re excited to personally welcome Versivo customers and team members into the Naviant community,” Michael Carr, president and CEO of Naviant, said in a statement.
Versivo said in the same statement that joining Naviant will help it accelerate innovation.
