Verona-based Naviant Inc. announced that it signed an agreement to acquire Continuum Systems’ OnBase division. Continuum Systems is a business process automation provider based in Syracuse, New York, and a licensed reseller of OnBase by Hyland. Naviant is a Hyland support partner providing automation solutions integration and business process consulting.
