In an online article, Entrepreneur Magazine gave a shout out to the organizers from the Dane County Boys & Girls Club in their appeal to raise money for downtown Madison.
The article titled, “Here Are Legitimate Fundraisers Helping Damaged and Destroyed Small Businesses,” points out that the fundraising effort notes that half of downtown businesses are minority-owned and 70% are owned by local entrepreneurs.
