With the news that T.J. Maxx would be moving from Westgate Mall to the Whitney Square shopping center across Whitney Way later this year, Wisconsin Craft Market and a Hy-Vee grocery store would be the largest stores remaining at Westgate after T.J. Maxx leaves. Iowa-based Hy-Vee owns the mall and hopes to redevelop it.

T.J. Maxx, which is owned by TJX Corp., will join sister retailer Sierra, a discount outdoor recreation, gear, and clothing retailer across the street, as well as Five Below, another TJX Corp.-owned business that sells items under $5.

Meanwhile, Office Depot is renovating its store at Whitney Square, which also includes a Dollar Tree, Laredo’s Mexican Restaurante, an Asian grocery store, and a Vintage Brewing Co. location, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report.
