Local music promotion companies, Frank Productions Concerts and Majestic Live, have merged under a new name, FPC Live, according to a company statement.
The company will have three co-presidents: Charlie Goldstone, formerly president of Frank Productions, and Matt Gerding and Scott Leslie, former owners of Majestic Live.
FPC Live will continue operating under its parent company, Frank Productions Inc.
