The Point at Terravessa, located at 4893–4887 Lacy Road in Fitchburg, is scheduled to break ground in early spring of 2022, according to a release from the developer. The project will include 46 luxury residential units and 16,000 square feet of commercial space. The project is being developed by AY Development and designed by Sketchworks Architecture. It is scheduled to be completed for occupancy in spring 2023.
