Madison Property Management has opened Triumph Apartments just off Highway 151 near I-90 in Sun Prairie and The Edge at Cottage Grove Commons near I-90 in Cottage Grove, according to a statement from the company.
Triumph Apartments, renting Oct. 1, include 12 one- and two-bedroom units at 3036 Triumph Drive. The Edge at Cottage Grove Commons, at 4691 County Hwy. N, features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for a total of 105 units.
