The trial date has been set for Nathaniel McGree, the owner of Tyrol Basin, according to WKOW. The ski hill owner faces charges of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and battery.
McGree was arrested last month after a physical altercation over a payment. He allegedly followed and physically assaulted a teenager, who had attempted to enter the Mount Horeb resort without purchasing a pass before being asked to leave and complying.
The jury selection for McGree’s trial is set to take place June 16, with the trial beginning June 18.
