Stuck Inc. of Milwaukee acquired Monona-based custom solid-surface countertop manufacturer, Vendura Industries. Terms were undisclosed but the deal was inked on Oct. 25, according to a report in the BizTimes of Milwaukee.
Located on Femrite Drive, Vendura has about 30 employees and annual revenues of $3 million.
