The owners of the Monk’s Bar & Grill franchise hope to open a sixth location in Verona in mid-December.
The sports bar and restaurant will be owned by Greg Hedrich and employ between 65 and 75 positions, according to reports.
Monk’s, owned by Monkburger Franchise Group, has other locations in Eau Claire, Wisconsin Dells, Lake Delton, Middleton, and Sun Prairie.
