The Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) on April 26 is holding a recruitment event for school-based teaching and support positions for the 2025-26 academic year. Available opportunities include general education, bilingual and special education teachers; general and special education assistants; and bilingual resource specialist translators, among others.
Attendees will have the chance to connect with MMSD staff, principals and hiring managers, as well as potentially be recommended for hire at the event. To be considered for an interview, all applicants must complete an online application and pre-register for an interview by April 21.
The district will not be holding day-of interviews for Madison School & Community Recreation positions or for substitute teachers, food services, custodial, trades, clerical, secretarial and similar roles.
The recruitment event will be held at Vel Phillips Memorial High School, 201 S. Gammon Road, in Madison from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. The schedule includes:

Session 1 — 9-10:30 a.m.;

Session 2 — 10:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m.; and

Session 3 — 12:45-2:30 p.m.
