Milwaukee Tool’s planned Menomonee Falls expansion will contain multiple buildings and have about 2,000 workers at the site, the Biz Times reported

Milwaukee Tools acquired the former Strong Funds office building at 100 Heritage Reserve in 2024 to redevelop into its work site.

The project is expected to create $205.8 million in value increment by Jan. 1, 2038. The city would provide $26.2 million in TIF over 20 years to support the company’s campus development.
