Zywave Inc., a Milwaukee-based software company, is reportedly seeking $130 million in loans to help finance the purchase of the Winnipeg, Canada-based Emerging Information Systems, Inc., according to Bloomberg News.
Zywave, which provides software services for insurance brokers, has agreed to acquire Emerging Information Systems for an undisclosed amount. EIS develops financial planning and needs analysis software.
