Gov. Scott Walker came to Illinois Monday to tout his government reforms, talk pensions and tout Wisconsin to some of Chicago’s more influential business leaders.
“I’m not here to poach business,” Walker said during a news conference after giving a speech to the Commercial Club of Chicago, a key civic group.
Walker said he was trying to make the case “if you’re looking for places to expand or grow in, Wisconsin is a great place to do it.”
