Madison Development Corp.’s Board of Directors announced that the Mifflander, a 46-unit affordable housing development, will open its doors on June 1.
The four-story building at 431 W. Mifflin St. in Madison is dedicated to former MDC President Frank Staniszewski who served as MDC’s president from 1985 through 2016.
Madison Development Corp., a nonprofit 501(c)3, provides affordable housing in the Madison area, as well as funding for hard-to-finance businesses.
