The Alliant Energy Center is hosting the Midwest Horse Fair through Sunday, April 21, WMTV15 reports. The three-day event includes demonstrations with rodeo riders and barrel racers, clinics, pony rides, carriage rides, hands-on activities, and over 400 vendors.
Among new features this year are:

The Wisconsin FFA State Horse Evaluation Career Development event;

The Equine Career Exploration forum;

An event showcasing rare, critical, and threatened breeds; and

Sunday’s designation as Military Appreciation Day, with free admission for military personnel and veterans with a valid ID.
