Middleton’s NCG Hospitality plans to construct a second hotel in Milwaukee’s Deer District — the nine-story, 162-room Moxy Milwaukee Downtown, the Wisconsin State Journal reports. The proposed hotel would be built next to the FPC Live concert venue, currently under construction, and Fiserv Forum.
The new Moxy would join NCG’s other Deer District property, The Trade, a luxury hotel opened in partnership with the Milwaukee Bucks last year. The Milwaukee Moxy would be NCG’s second Wisconsin Moxy, following the March opening of its Moxy Madison Downtown on East Washington Avenue.
The new hotel would break ground in late 2025 and open in spring 2027.
