After 30 years, Fitzgerald’s, a Middleton supper club that opened in 1988, has closed.
The current owner, Chulkee Chang, reportedly plans to reopen the 10,000-square-foot business as Star BBQ, a Korean barbecue restaurant with “Benihana tables,” according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
