The Middleton Tourism Commission is kicking off its “Keeping Neighbors Warm” winter clothing drive early this year amid record demand, reports WMTV15. The drive helps collect donations for WayForward Resources’ community closet, which over the last two years has seen local needs skyrocket.

Winter coats are the clothing items in highest demand this year. Donation bins are located at Keva Sports Center, 8312 Forsythia St.; Middleton Public Library, 7425 Hubbard Ave.; Willy Street Co-op West, 6825 University Ave.; and the Middleton Visitors Center, 1811 Parmenter St.

The drive will run through noon on Nov. 12.
