Middleton Sports & Fitness is planning to close by the end of the year.
The retailer, located at 6649 University Ave., is currently holding a going-out-of-business sale that’s expected to end in December.
Middleton Cycle, which spun off from Middleton Sports & Fitness in 2003, will remain open, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
