Dallas-based Builders FirstSource Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire WTS Paradigm, LLC, a Middleton software and services provider for the building products industry, according to a release from Builders FirstSource. The cash transaction valued at approximately $450 million is expected to close by the end of 2021. Paradigm serves hundreds of customers, including manufacturers, retailers, dealers, home builders, and remodelers and is expected to generate revenue of approximately $50 million in 2021. After the close of the sale, Paradigm will operate as an independent subsidiary of Builders FirstSource.
