The names of 38 nursing homes in the state with active COVID-19 investigations have been released by the state Department of Health Services, and The Villa at Middleton Village was listed among them.
The report does not list the number of cases at each facility but said the average was eight cases. Wisconsin has close to 350 nursing homes.
