Middleton-Cross Plains won’t stop free or reduced-price meals amid federal shutdown

With the federal government shutdown ongoing, and SNAP benefits reinstated Friday, Middleton-Cross Plains won’t stop feeding students relying on meals through the National School Lunch Program, according to WKOW.

Students who receive free or reduced-priced meals will still receive them.

The Trump administration is seeking a stop to full SNAP benefit payments for November.
