A sign stating Helbachs coffee shop is a “mask-free zone” has sparked controversy and confrontation in Middleton, according to a WKOW-TV report.
A health inspector from Public Health Madison and Dane County and Assistant City Attorney Marci Paulsen tried to speak to the owner about the mandatory mask mandate in Dane County. The shop owner then called the Middleton police stating he was being harassed.
