Kevin Welton, 59, who owned a real estate investment business in Middleton, was sentenced to four years in prison for sexually assaulting two young girls in separate incidents almost eight years apart. The assaults took place in the Harbor Athletic Club pool.
Following his release, Welton will have to serve six years on extended supervision and register as a sex offender, according to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal.
