Helbachs Coffee Roasters and Kitchen at 1824 Parmenter St. in Middleton is at risk of losing its food and drink license since it continues to violate local and statewide mask mandates, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.
The business has been issued three citations for not complying with the requirement that employees wear face coverings and for not posting required signage from Public Health Madison and Dane County. The business was served a notice that the Board of Public Health will hold a hearing to consider revoking its food and drink license.
The business has started a GoFundMe account and intends to file suit against Madison and Dane County Public Health.
