Michael’s Frozen Custard owner Michael Dix is looking to reopen on Monroe Street in May after his spouse and business general manager, Sergio De La O Hernandez, was earlier denied a U.S. visa, according to a WisBusiness.com report.

Dix is hopeful the visa will be issued and Hernandez will be allowed to return to the U.S. after winning his appeal. The location at 2531 Monroe St. closed Sept. 9, 2019.
