Michael Best has announced the expansion of the firm’s health care practice with the addition of Trifecta General Counsel law firm. The group joining Michael Best includes Managing Partners Andrew Briggs and Michael Evens, who will join as partners, along with Christopher Popp and Thomas Seelen, joining as health care services attorneys.
Founded in Madison in 2017, Trifecta serves clients with health technology law matters, focusing on contract negotiation, technology licensing, digital health technology, and TCPA and HIPAA compliance. Outside of traditional legal counsel, the group also works with clients, particularly emerging businesses, on business advisory services related to SaaS platforms and sales strategy.
The acquisition serves as another milestone in Michael Best’s strategic plan to diversify its offerings to clients.
