El Rancho Mexican Grill, 819 S. Park St., is expanding to a second location on Madison’s east side at 4527 Cottage Grove Road, according to a Wisconsin State Journal brief.
El Rancho will move into the former Mr. Torta’s space, which closed last month. Owner Jose Torres hopes to open at the end of this week.
