Meriter Health Services has a 20-year plan to develop 13 acres in the Parmenter Street Corridor into what could eventually be its largest clinic. According to an article in the Wisconsin State Journal, the development could begin in 2017 with a 60,000- to 80,000-square-foot outpatient clinic. Depending on population growth in the area, the site could grow to 250,000 square feet in the future.
