HSA Commercial, a Chicago development company, has targeted a 28.5-acre parcel of land on Madison’s southeast side as a possible location for a $30 million, two- or three-building distribution center that could offer as much as 450,000 square feet of available space.

According to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal, no tenants of the industrial speculation complex are known at this time.

The land is located just off the Beltline near Toby’s Supper Club and the Dane County Humane Society.

HSA would like to begin construction in fall. The Urban Design Commission is reviewing the project.
