The owners of Nile and Casbah restaurants have opened Taza at 1900 Cayuga St. in Middleton, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. Mohammad Hinnawi and Sabi Atteyih opened the restaurant in the former Compadres Mexican restaurant space. Taza serves Mediterranean cuisine including kabob, couscous, hummus, and shawarma.
