After violating its adult entertainment license, Bennett’s Meadowood Country Club, at 2009 Freeport Road, will stay open, according to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal.
The establishment’s liquor and adult entertainment licenses were under review by the city’s Alcohol License and Review Committee after the bar held annual live stripper events not covered by the adult entertainment license. The committee voted to renew the licenses after the owner of the bar explained he thought the live event was covered by his adult entertainment license and agreed not to hold the events again.
