With long-time president Frank Staniszewski retiring at the end of the year, Madison Development Corp. announced that Lorrie Heinemann will succeed him in January.
Heinemann is the former secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions, former BrightStar Wisconsin Foundation vice president, and also the co-founder and chairman-emeritus of the Wisconsin Angel Network.
Madison Development Corp. supports young businesses with loans and venture capital and offers affordable housing to Madison and Dane County residents.
