McShane Construction Co.’s Wisconsin Regional Office was selected to build The Conway at Huxley Yards for Lincoln Avenue Communities.
Located in Madison, the five-story affordable housing development, situated on a 1.7-acre site at 1846 Commercial Ave., will offer 50 units and a parking garage.
Amenities will include a fitness room, a community room, a mail room and a leasing area.
The Conway at Huxley Yards is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
